Job Description - Lead, drive and steer People and Culture initiatives to propel the Organization towards its Vision to be an Employer of Choice

Client Details : Our client is a global network infrastructure giant looking to hire their Lead for Talent and Culture to directly report into the Head HR as an individual contributor

Description:

The key responsibilities for the role are:


1. Organisation Design :

- Steer organisation design and work structures, job roles, inter-dependencies, workforce planning/ resourcing, re-skilling/ upskilling initiatives.


- Implement Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry Hay) framework for an equitable, fair and consistent Org structure.


- Review Staff Policies from time to time to ensure they reflect most relevant and updated HR practices.


- Work closely with the HR Head in workforce planning, Budgets, Monthly Reviews and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).


2. Data and HR Technology : Identify and develop best-in-class digital HR automated solutions to meet the long-term goals of the Organisation.


3. Employer Branding :


- Undertake creative and impactful Employer Brand from concept to completion in an effective manner


- Propagate the company's Culture premise of Open, Flat and Creative through EVP.


- Work closely with the in-house marketing department to manage and continuously improve the Company's career website as an effective tool to attract talent.


- Plan and establish employer brand through Company's social media (LinkedIn, You Tube, Glassdoor, other channels) and campus connect, amongst other means such as employee collaterals, videos, etc.


4. Employee Experience/ Culture :


- Work closely alongside the HR team to enhance overall employee experience through employee engagement translated to employee experience.


- Objectively analyze data and findings and present first-level recommendation / action plan out of all Engagement Pulse checks such as quarterly employee surveys.


- Conceptualise, design and lead Culture interventions.


- Socialise and communicate Culture initiatives amongst senior leadership team.


5. Organisation Development and Change :


- Define and articulate framework for leadership and employee development, coaching, employee mentoring, team building with an overall ambition to create a high performing organization.


- Focus on Change Management and continuous improvement, challenge status quo / think outside the box to build and scale OD interventions.


6. Employee Communication :


- Lead Employee Communication programs, HR collaterals, Handbook and other materials to facilitate employee awareness of department wide initiatives and projects.


- Recommend optimum channels for communicating People & Culture information to employees with strong quality orientation.


- Communicate authentically and effectively with stakeholders, with customized approaches as necessary to deliver the right message.


Profile:

An ideal candidate:

Education qualification: B.Tech (preferable)/ MBA from tier I/ II institutes only

- Experience: at least 10 years


- Skill-sets:


- Job Evaluation methods (Korn Ferry Hay).


- HR Technology and Automation (implementation)


- Data Analytics Certification, Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)


- Proven track record in areas of Talent Management, Employer Branding and Change.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- High quality orientation, proficiency in MS Office Suite.


- Proven ability to architect and drive customized HR solutions. Adaptive and agile mindset.
