Senior Principal Consultant - Retail

Educational Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate/ CA/CPA / MBA from a premier institute/ Non Engineering Graduate with relevant experience

Minimum - Maximum Years of Experience : 11-20 years

Responsibilities:

- Assume leadership position in large consulting led technology enabled business transformation engagements by utilizing deep experience and knowledge in vendor specific ERP package (SAP, Oracle, etc.), in addition to broad range of capabilities including consultative selling, managing large cross-functional teams etc. in order to lead the engagement effort at different stages from Business Process Consulting and Problem definition to Solution design, Development and deployment and deliver high-value technology enabled business transformation programs.

- For Value Ninja: Create a superior value proposition of service offerings through a combination of business and technology solutions specifically from a perspective of converging business and technology trends aligned to the strategic focus areas of the segment

- Experience that brings deep understanding of generic industry/ technology/enterprise package trends with specialization in a particular industry vertical and/or business processes

- Relevant experience across solution design, delivery, and consulting roles

- Relevant industry experience delivering projects for Fortune 100 clients

- Viewed as leader in firm for business processes and technology in area of focus

- Able to apply insights on market drivers to create / identify business and customer focus opportunities and expand into new markets, products or services

- Technology background is mandatory, must have played technical roles in delivery and architecture

Skills:

- Expert in these chosen technology platform (SAP, Oracle etc.)

- Deep knowledge and understanding one or more of the functional areas within the chosen technology platform (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Deep strategic understanding of business processes and relevant technology solutions to resolve complex business problems

- Extensive knowledge of Software/Product architecture, Technology, Software Engineering, Engagement models, Technology Change Management, PLC knowledge, Solution Definition methods, Solution deployment and roll out methods.

- Excellent grip of design thinking concepts, and other value delivery frameworks that link problems/symptoms to solution levers to value levers

- Strong grip of technology architecture supporting one or more offering areas (e.g. BI-BigData-Analytics area; or Digital Commerce ecosystem; or Enterprise Infrastructure)

- Strong Program Management, Planning and Budgeting, Operational Effectiveness, Collaboration skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Flexibility (Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary). Superior communications skills and ability to interact with client executives

- Analytical Thinking, Organizational skills

- Expert in application of chosen technology platform in specific industry verticals

- Able to apply insights on market drivers to create / identify business and customer focus opportunities and expand into new markets, products or services

- Capable of leading large and complex package enabled business transformation programs (Leadership)
