The Role :
- An Executive Search Consultant is seen as an Industry expert, a trusted advisor for the CEOs and Boards and a talent partner to organizations. S/he has the opportunity to engage with the elite CEO/CXO community both domestic and globally and build personal, lifetime and enduring relationships with them.
- The role involves managing entire lifecycle of the leadership talent consultation, from selling to execution of assignments.
- S/he would be expected to execute assignments/mandates end to end, candidate research, project execution, team & stakeholder management, along with client management
Accountabilities :
The key accountabilities would be :
Sales & Business Development :
- Generate prospects for CEO/CXO searches and assist the partner in sourcing business/mandates
- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of talent management
Assignment Management :
- Execute and deliver assignments successfully within the given timeframe under the guidance of the Partners
- Effectively assess the clients need and the candidate's suitability
- Be hands-on in research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
- Responsible for quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate and as per the quality guidelines of the firm
Client Management :
- Ensure high degree of closure of search mandates and manage client expectations
- Farm existing client relationships to generate additional business
- Responsibility for the customer satisfaction leading to customer engagement
Practice Building :
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
- Develop practice-specific IP, research, thought papers & industry reports
- Provide firms visibility at industry events
- Engagement and relationship building with senior leadership talent
