The primary goal of this role is to provide objective level of customer service at a minimal investment. Managing optimal level of inventory for all owned products at various distribution centers. This Role will also cater to Requirements from Management for Specialized Reporting and Analytics for Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role ?)

- Ensure right inventory is in the right place at the right time

- Establish control plans and business process to manage the inventory levels globally

- Manage inventory accuracy in all the distribution centers

- Weekly review of receipts and shipments based on the latest forecast

- Proficient in doing root cause analysis for inventory variance and provide solutions to fix the same

- Supporting Senior Management with Customized and Accessible Information on demand.

- Cross Functionally Aligning with Business Owners outside of Supply Chain for Data Requirements that are needed to meet User Needs.

Qualifications : Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience :

- 4-6 years' Experience in Supply and Inventory management

- Proficient in Oracle Cloud

- Good understanding of Inventory Models and metrics associated with the same

- Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel)

- Skilled in using the Oracle Cloud Based ERP Systems.

- Business Intelligence Knowledge and Ability to be a Techno-Functional Individual to resonate with User Needs and to Provide Optimal Solutions

- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams

- Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure

- Strong mathematics, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong business and Financial expertise to understand the data impact on financials of the company

- Ability to build strong business models by analyzing huge set of data

- Good learner, proactive and team player

- Ability to prioritize work and complete task effectively

- RCCA based culture for quality improvement and continuous learning

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
