1. Brand Management Strategic planning & formulating brand plans for carrying out various marketing activities to achieve marketing objective.
2. Developing brand and product marketing strategies and setting up brand architecture & communication guidelines.
3. Define key Target Audience for the Brands' growth & their Media behavior to reach out them in most effective way.
4. Marketing Communication & Media Strategy Consolidate annual budget projections; assess trends & category growth rates in which the brands' are operating; identify profitable markets
5. Build business case for the clients'
6. New Product line up, Drive Brand Positioning, Market Segmentation basis product offering and new product launches. Developing strategies for higher and better product visibility, shelf display, merchandising etc.
7. ATL & BTL activities developing thematic and tactical Media campaigns. Define the key role of all the mediums, negotiation with Media Partners to drive cost efficiency & make sure the execution of the same.
