Senior Placement Manager - Education

Job Responsibilities :

- Works closely with academic departments to understand their requirements and ensure that the job placements are aligned with the academic curriculum and objectives

- Researching job opportunities for students and maintaining a database of potential employers

- Assists students with resume writing, interviewing skills, and other job search techniques.

- Conduct mock interviews to help students prepare for actual job interviews

- Works closely with potential employers to arrange for on-campus interviews and job placement.

- Keeps track of student job placements and maintains a database of successful placements

- Provides career counseling services to students, helping them to identify their career goals and develop a plan to achieve them

- Work closely with alumni to identify job opportunities and maintain relationships with potential employers

Language Proficiency :

- English: Professional level - both in written & communication

- Malayalam: Communicative level
