Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Performance Marketer to grow skin & hair products presence in digital space in meaningful way and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective performance marketing campaigns across digital mediums - Facebook, Google, SEO, content discovery platforms to name a few.
Job Title : Sr. Performance Marketer
Reporting To : D2C Lead
Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)
- Lead brand digital efforts through effective performance marketing campaigns including:
- Develop and implement Google & Facebook advertising strategies to achieve client or company objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or sales growth.
- Create and manage Google & Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative asset selection.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Identify areas for optimization and improvement in campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, and implement new strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and copywriters, to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing for a beauty and personal care category or anchoring team leader role digital marketing role in an agency
- Graduation + MBA from tier 1 institutes
- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall digital marketing performance
- Strategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing and hands on experience with any performance and social platform
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAs
