Job Description : The Sr. Specialist - Payroll will be responsible for the accurate processing and reconciliation of company payrolls, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local and federal wage and hour laws and have in-depth expertise in Global Payroll specially Australia.

Description:
- Manage the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll tax obligations in various regions.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams for payroll inputs.
- Handle payroll specific items like PF, PT, ESI, LWF registrations, and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll matters.
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions.
- Conduct regular payroll audits.- Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO/WFH.
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Professional Services industry.
