- Infoblox is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Business System Analyst to join our IT Applications team in Bangalore India. This is a highly visible functional Senior Business Analyst position supporting P2P and O2C business processes and systems. In constant interaction with the business community and other business analysts, the BSA will be primarily responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities in relation to the Finance processes and systems. This is a high-level position for an extremely experienced analyst used to working in all areas of Finance. The Analyst will report to the Manager, IT Applications.
- The candidate will be expected to implement repeatable and scalable business processes based on best practices in collaboration with all functional stakeholders while maintaining an emphasis on the integrity of the systems. Past hands-on functional experience in all functional areas will be the key to success in this role.

We are excited about the next phase of the project where we will implement new business and systems functionality whilst continuing to improve business processes driving towards our corporate goals of improved Customer satisfaction and full SaaS and Subscription product offering
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, support, and manage business processes in Infoblox with systems like Oracle Fusion and Vertex
- Interface with FPNA, Financial, Accounting, MFG Ops and Procurement group to understand business problems, design and deliver solutions
- Attend key meetings acting as Platforms Owner following Infoblox I2O methodology
- Provide user day-to-day support for General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Revenue, Fixed Asset, Tax, Procurement, Orders, Costing, Inventory
- Work on OTBI, User Provisioning, and Custom Role Creation in Oracle Fusion
- Develop and maintain - User Story- documents for key projects
- Support smooth period end closure of financial books and submission of financial numbers for Infoblox
- Engage in discovery phase of various projects to make critical design decisions
- Liaise with outside vendors and drive key enterprise application implementation initiatives from an IT Applications perspective
- Participate in system upgrades, new functional implementations, documentation initiatives, SOX compliance efforts
- Perform critical path analysis, system upgrader for application maintenance
- Work with the development team as relevant to develop new functionality to support changes/enhancements in Salesforce
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle
- Liaise with the offshore support teams for day to day P1-3 support and enhancements
- Ensure adherence to agreed internal processes and procedures
- Align with business partners to prioritize, design and deliver solutions, enabling Infoblox growth and scalability
- Engage with IT project management office, resourcing projects, monitoring deliverables, resolving barriers to project success
- Participate in IT strategy, resulting in a long-term roadmap that supports Infoblox vision and goals
Requirements:
- A minimum of eight years working as a Senior Business Analyst with proven hands-on experience developing business relationships including, requirements definition, user story creation, functional specification creation, testing, root cause analysis
- Candidate MUST HAVE proven experience in defining and gaining cross-functional business departments agreement in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash process
- Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Costing, Role access, OTBI)
- The successful candidate must have and be able to demonstrate longevity in prior positions, therefore clearly demonstrating customer relationship development and maintenance
- A strong analytical approach to business process design with an emphasis on cross-functional inter-dependencies
- Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and a strong sense of ownership
- Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing (including documentation)
- Must have excellent project management skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks, assignments being aware of workload and able to set own priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to function as a change agent
- Ability and interest in training / educating users in tools, processes, procedures
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or equivalent IT experience
- Qualified CPA would be preferred
