Company - Stock Broking Firm.

Role - Senior Operations.

Reporting to - CEO

Responsibilities :

1. Overseeing operations of the company i.e. Account Opening, Depository Participant, Trade settlement, Delivery settlement & all the compliance exchange and regulatory bodies.

2. Responsible for overall execution of Processes and supervision of the operations team.

3. Responsible for Development and implementation of RMS strategies.

4. Ensuring smooth flow of Pay in and Pay out operations.

5. Effectively handle Inspections conducted by different exchanges and regulators

6. Effectiveness in handling Depository operations.

Experience - 10-15 years.

Candidate should be from Stock Broking industry and should have been handled all the operation activities.
