As the Sr. Manager-Operations , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of the company's product to the customers. You will lead a team of deployment specialists, project managers, and customer success professionals to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for the software products.
Key Responsibilities :
- On-Site Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to deployment, and providing a positive first impression.
- Product Training: Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver product training programs for clients to maximize user adoption.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that deployments meet the highest standards and align with client expectations.
- Deployment Strategy: Lead planning, tracking, and execution of deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of deployment specialists, project managers, and customer success managers, fostering a high performance culture.
- Risk Management: Identify potential deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to clients.
- Customer Success: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor deployment performance and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of deployment processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in deployment management within the SaaS or EdTech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving education through technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Saas, Edtech landscape and emerging trends is a plus.
