Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end operational processes. This role demands a high-caliber individual with strong business acumen, preferably from an IIM background, who can blend strategic thinking with executional excellence to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across departments.

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics to ensure service excellence.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives and cost optimization.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for operations.

- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.

Requirements:

- MBA from IIM or other Tier-1 B-School is a must.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving efficiency.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
