We have a leadership opportunity for Senior Operations Delivery Manager with one of our client for Bangalore/Mumbai location.
Job Description:
- Ensure services are delivered according to SLA.
- Carry out day-to-day management of all service delivery activities, irrespective of run resource location (including supplier and third-party management).
- Ensure consistency of delivery approach with SL strategy.
- Manage Major Incidents / client alerts.
- Develop and maintain SIP/SQP.
- Be responsible for transition-to-run sign-off.
- Drive the identification and achievement of operational cost & efficiency savings.
- Promote new service propositions to improve or extend the services to the client.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the most appropriate operational controls are in place for services that are delivered to the client (reduce risk/MI).
- Be responsible for delivery to the SLA obligations.
- Be consulted regarding contract documents maintenance.
- Review and update SLA:
- Conduct an impact assessment of contract changes on service provision.
- Ensure productivity & cost efficiency savings are achieved.
- Prepare content and costing of SLA work orders/changes quotes.
- Be consulted on pricing during finalization of SLA work orders/changes quotes.
- Ensure correct & appropriate forecasting and charging of the services (work units) to the account
- Maintain unit costing volume, ensuring it contains accurate forecasting and charging data (#work units/service requests/changes).
Be consulted on:
- Presentation of unit costs and unit cost forecast into account P/L,
- Overall contract forecast,
- Reports on A2F variances,
- Invoices.
- Be consulted during client disputes on finance.
- Identify SLA upsell opportunities.
