We are hiring an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our outbound BFSI sales process for Star Health Insurance. The ideal candidate must have on-paper experience as an Ops/Sr. Ops Manager in BPO with expertise in sales-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:
