Role: Senior Officer or Lead Recruiter
Day to day roles & responsibilities:
- Act as Talent Advisor and work closely with the business to hire right talent for the organization.
- Ensure regular communication to business on status, hiring challenges, progress on hiring plans etc
- Build and maintain relationship with prospective talent by leveraging multiple sourcing channels in order to establish a network in industry to meet current and future hiring needs
- Ensure effective co-ordination and appropriate information is provided to candidates to ensure great candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the team and the extended teams on new hiring initiatives & process improvements.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (HR-BP, Comp & Ben, Hiring manager) for all compensation issues and other activities.
- Ensure compliance in documentation & database updation in relevant systems.
- Offer generation and post offer engagement
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: B.Tech/BE / MBA or PGDBM in HR or Specialization in HR
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Technology recruitment.
- Must have strong understanding of diverse technologies.
- Must have experience hiring from juniors till Architects and Engineering leaders.
- Must have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, social media hiring is a plus.
- Must have strong organizing & planning skills, interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in designing/implementing hiring processes etc.
