Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager (HR & Administration)
- To handle HR & Admin function with Organization goals.
- To manage the entire Employee Life Cycle by:
a. Devising appropriate strategies.
b. Implementing robust policies, processes and best practices
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition and Induction.
- Performance Management System and compensation structures
- Competency mapping.
- Statutory and Legal requirements.
- Continuous training, learning initiatives and empowerment initiatives.
- Motivation & social interaction initiatives.
- Admin budgets and expense control
Qualification And Experience :
1. MBA in HR with 5-10 years in HR & Admin experience in mid-size manufacturing organizations & should have exposure to Industrial Relations, Labour practices and statutory requirements.
2. Hands on experience in Corporate HR Systems & Processes.
3. Experience of working in Promoters setups would be an added advantage.
