Job Description:

Heading a team of 2-3 in MTF Funds team

1) Looking for qualified CA having hands-on experience of 7-8 years (Inter CA having work experience can be considered)

2) Having hands-on experience of broking, NBFC, Loan Against Shares, IPO Funding

3) Reporting of MTF accounting, Funds IPO Funding, RBI Reporting activities of MTF team

4) Knowledge of trade settlement, Funds paying-payout, Reconciliation process

5) Handling the Fund Management, Fund transfers

6) Thorough Knowledge of Accounting client level & NBFC Level, Submission of Monthly Trial Balance & MIS Reporting

7) Thorough Knowledge of TDS, RBI Interest Ageing

8) Managerial Skills required Team handling of 5 people, training, presentation
