Job Description:

Designation: Medical Superintendent/ Senior Medical superintendent

Job Location: Delhi

No of positions: 2

Educational Qualification: MBBS/ MS/ MD and MBA/ MHA/ PGDM

Role and Responsibilities:

1. To look after the Medical and clinical Services and Support administration at Hospital

2. Direct on-site safety practices in accordance with Company policies and procedures

3. To ensure that good quality medical services are provided to patients (in coordination with coordinators and consultants of various departments) by effectively carrying out all administrative and non-administrative responsibilities.

4. Analyze performance of each specialty as per the business plan.

5. Coordinate with the Emergency team for all medico-legal cases received at the hospital.

6. Plan and control Overall administration budget Compliances & medical capex.

7. To ensure proper maintenance of medical records and conduct periodic audits.

8. Performance Monitoring of Doctors

9. Education and Training of Doctors and new Entrants

10. Induction of Doctors

11. Monitor performance and quality; provide periodic projects.

12. Experience in constructability and quality control document reviews.
