We are looking for Sr. Marketing Professional for SAAS based platform based at Bangalore from ECommerce or Tech Product Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Company's marketing strategy for B2B and B2C verticals to drive significant YoY growth in a highly competitive market.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing
- Leading a high-performance team, managing internal and external resources and collaborating cross-functionally for flawless execution
- Leading Sales Enablement efforts working closely with Sales team across multiple cities
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Requirement:
- Be a hard-core problem solver. You understand 70% of the solution lies in getting to the bottom of the problem. You then break down complex problems into many simpler problems.
- Be extremely objective. Shed all biases and pre-conceived notions. Understand conclusion is the last step of learning. Data drives all the decisions. Where there is no data, get some data.
- Stick to big picture while executing at the lowest levels.
