Primary Purpose:
- Responsible for execution of marketing tactics of the assigned practices
- Gathering and analyzing market information, translate end user needs, and perform competitor comparison to contribute to the SL's growth.
- Executing technical product marketing pieces such as collateral and sales tools
- Analyze and report on competitors product features, market message and market activities as they related to the end user
- Collaborate heavily with the Product Engineering teams to develop research studies and reports for customer engagement and demand generation
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Wipro from competition
- Plan and execute product/feature launches across cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Account Management, Sales) and create related sales enablement assets with messaging that resonates and nurtures our target buyers
- Work across markets and channels (email, SEM, field marketing, email marketing etc) to create product collateral such as: product videos, demos, demo scripts, positioning, competitive selling strategies, case studies, web content, white papers, presentations, and data sheets
- Work with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the marketing roadmap.
- Work with Sales Ops to support the sales pipeline and drive higher conversion rates through sales-enablement programs

Roles and Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities
A) Business Theme Marketing
1. Theme Creation & Articulation: Create and articulate an end-to-end market offering which capitalizes SL's domain strength and backs it up with technology services.
2. Marketing strategy: Involvement in the business planning and market segmentation which involves customer targeting and tracking, projecting technology trends, competition analysis and thus creating and implementing a marketing strategy to deliver to business objectives.
B) Image Development Functional Excellence:
1. Positioning and Branding: Defining and building the value proposition for the business and its offerings; helping create winning propositions and messaging for GTM.
2. Influencer Relations: Proactive management of key influencer relations
3. Functional excellence: Manage and provide leadership to functional teams in marketing to deliver to business in various functional areas- Analyst Relations, Media, Digital, Brand & Marcom, Events, and Thought Leadership etc.
C) Customer Connect:
1. Customer relationship management: Managing key customer connects, ensuring support to Account based marketing activities, Building a sustain CRM campaign, with customer testimonials and case studies
2. Create opportunities for sustained customer engagement through marketing such as customer council, events and communication
D) Sales Enablement & Operational Excellence:
1. Creating content and managing positioning for the digital channels, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc.
2. Work with business and sales teams to drive brand and marketing initiatives
3. Drive marketing operations to support marketing plans
4. Derive process, methods and tactics to improve marketing delivery and measurement
5. Support corporate initiatives
