Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive enterprise lead generation for our B2B SaaS platform in North America, India, and South East Asia markets.
- Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target and engage large, complex organizations in these markets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process in each market, and work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new marketing channels to reach target audiences and generate high-quality leads at scale in each market.
- Manage and prioritize the marketing budget across multiple geographies to ensure the most effective use of resources.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI in each market to ensure continuous improvement in marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand strategy and messaging across all geographies and touchpoints.
- Develop and execute content and design strategy in each market.
- Develop and implement a PR strategy to build brand reputation and generate media coverage.
- Manage relationships with multiple agencies to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise lead generation for SaaS platforms in North America, India, and South East Asia markets.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics in each market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth in diverse geographies.
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team in multiple geographies.
- A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing brand, content, design, and PR in diverse geographies.
- Candidates without B2B marketing experience need not apply. Compensation will be best in class including an industry-leading stock option plan.
