Job Responsibilities:
- Driving GTM strategies for new product launches. Ability to scale up businesses via core marketing.
- Creating marketing offers to drive adoption of new products like Buy Now Pay Later, Credit etc.
- Driving awareness through internal teams like category teams and merchandizing teams to showcase payment based offers
- Working with design team to make the right creative for each product construct.
- Making sure that all creative are as per the guideline of financial institutions, brands.
- Negotiating and aligning with central marketing team requirements for Print, TV, Social Media campaign during central events.
- Creating an end to end marketing strategy (primarily digital) to drive new products like Debit EMI, No Cost EMI to drive more usage and adoption
- Business responsibility for each initiative both wit respect to customers and GMV.
- Driving market expertise on - What's next in payment space-, how is it meaningful for and strategy to take it to market.
