Senior Marketing Manager (All Saturdays are half day working)

 Description - This position is responsible for creating a strong impression of the brand, uncover useful consumer insights and deliver effective marketing campaigns and strategies to grow market share and the brand's reputation.

Client Details : 

Our client is a JV between an Indian Conglomerate and an International Pharma giant. They have strong presence in Indian market and have been consistently growing year on year. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced brand marketing professional to lead one of their key brands in India.

Job Description : 

- Develop and execute entire consumer marketing road-map; build it from the scratch

- Lead the execution of the brand tasks across ATL, PR, Activation & Digital


- Accountable for the overall management of brand budget (ATL) to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of spends


- Track brand performance and lead consumer interactions


- Chart out and support GTM efforts


- Liaison with the NPD team for packaging & retail element design


- Work with the sales team and responsible to drive the top line


- Manage the P&L of the brand


Profile :

- Total desirable experience of 5-8 years in the Consumer marketing

- MBA Marketing from reputed Institute


- Worked in the consumer marketing team and have driven ATL piece in Nutrition/ FMCG/ Healthcare company


- Should have handled an annual budget of 30-40 crores and knows how to optimize right investment in the right market to drive better ROI


- Strong media planning knowledge


- Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how


- Experience in ATL space; creating and managing content marketing strategies, including the ability to orchestrate every detail and then measure results


- Understanding the importance of all the levers to influence consumers be it HCPs and Consumers


- Managing creative, Media and strategic agency/partners and getting the best out of it and track them with right KPIs and give them timely feedback


- Comfortable travelling 4-6 days a month to meet consumers/HCPs to get customer insights
