Role: Sr. Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager - Digital
Location: Mumbai
Key Role and Responsibility:
- Work as part of a lean team to grow company's acquisition & growth marketing channels including display, paid search, paid social, partnerships and affiliate marketing
- Identify & test new marketing channels and ad products; own the process from copy creation through tracking and reporting
- Set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor and report ROI and user LTV from campaigns to continually improve performance
- Create and A/B test landing pages for each unique campaign
- Work with growth team to identify offline marketing opportunities i.e. relevant industry events we can partner with or sponsor, direct mail marketing opportunities etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
3-8 years- experience working as a marketer with a startup
Deep understanding of the online advertising space, including platform/tracking tools, and best practices
Expertise running online ads (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) and optimizing based on results
A project manager i.e. can take a project and run with it from start to finish without needing micromanagement
Hyper-analytical and passionate about testing, data, and metrics; expertise with Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc. is a must
Self-starter with high degree of creativity and motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
A talent for communicating diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data supported point of view
High attention to details and focus on quality
