We have a exciting senior level role with the leading apparel conglomerate based out of Mumbai for Sr. Manager/Lead Marketing(Formal wear).

- Desired candidate should have minimum of 4+ Years of retail marketing experience. Full Time MBA preferred

Job description :

- To develop & execute the Marketing Plans for the Business

- To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising brand management and promotional activities for the brand

. To Work with and manage the Advertising and Media Agency to deliver the appropriate Marketing Communication

- To manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Deliver Brand Engagement & Brand Visibility on Social Media.

- Strong inter-personal skills with a persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels.

- Project management skills with good planning and organizational abilities, including excellent time management skills.

- Clear communication and presentation skills in order to actively lead and participate in discussions about projects and strategy at all levels.

- -Passionate and determined personality. The ability to use a high level of initiative and a preparedness to take - ownership of allocated responsibilities.

- Exposure to New Store Launch and Retail Marketing.
