Job Description :
- Lead the downstream marketing for brands - through effectively managing downstream marketing budgets.
- Responsible to drive sales and markets share goals by strengthening brand equity measures for the consumer facing brands of portfolio.
- Spearhead Claim and communication development, innovation mix development, TV media, CRM, digital and consumer activation strategies.
- Previous experience in FMCG / Healthcare consumer marketing in reputed organisation/brands
- Should have total overall experience of more than 10 years with more than 7-8 years in marketing
- Should have experience Innovation mix development and New Product launch experience will be an advantage
- Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of consumer marketing campaigns
- Prior experience in building Direct to consumer or Digital only brands would be preferable.
- Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
