Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Experience Required: 6 to 9 years in digital marketing, brand management, and affiliate marketing.

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital, brand, and affiliate marketing initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive high-quality traffic, app installations, and user engagement across platforms.

- This includes managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.

Brand Management:

- Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns to enhance brand equity and recognition.

- Collaborate with creative agencies to produce compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Affiliate Marketing:

- Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive conversions. Identify and collaborate with potential partners to promote products/services effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with growth, category, product, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various departments.

Performance Analysis:

- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and optimize campaign performance.

- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct marketing effectiveness analyses to inform future strategies.

Budget Management:

- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness.

Vendor and Agency Management:

- Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies. Coordinate with finance for procurement processes, including purchase orders and payments.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.

Experience:

- 6 to 9 years of experience in marketing functions, preferably within the consumer domain.

- Prior experience with top-tier companies such as Infosys, Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, BluSmart, Ditto Insurance, Skyroot Aerospace, CRED, Nykaa, Groww, Mamaearth, or Dream11 is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and attribution models.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive marketing strategies.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to craft compelling messages and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.

Leadership and Collaboration:

- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability:

- Self-starter with an innovative mindset.

- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and implement effective marketing solutions.
