Strategic Upselling of Mutual Fund Products:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to upsell mutual fund products to Retail and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) based on the assigned database.

- Drive initiatives to generate fresh leads through referrals and networking to expand the clientele base effectively.

Setting and Achieving Business Targets:

- Set ambitious yet achievable business targets for the team in terms of upselling products and enhancing client net worth relationships.

- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure targets are met consistently.

Client Profiling and Relationship Management:

- Lead the team in profiling clients to understand their financial needs comprehensively.

- Provide expertise in recommending tailored financial products and solutions to meet client requirements, thereby strengthening client relationships.

Ensuring Exceptional Service Standards:

- Establish and maintain the highest standards of service delivery to clients and HNI customers.

- Implement processes and systems to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client queries and concerns.

Offering Strategic Investment Planning and Advice:

- Provide strategic investment planning and advice to clients, leveraging in-depth market knowledge and financial expertise.

- Lead the team in delivering personalized investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

Driving Sales and Revenue Targets:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.

- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product innovation.

Acting as the Key Point of Contact:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.

- Foster strong client engagement by proactively addressing their needs and providing value-added services.

Acquisition and Servicing of HNI/UHNI Clients:

- Lead efforts in acquiring and servicing High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), leveraging relationships and expertise.

- Develop customized wealth management solutions to meet the unique financial objectives of HNI/UHNI clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- NISM Certification preferred: Candidates with NISM Certification demonstrate a strong understanding of securities markets and regulatory requirements.

- Proven Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry, with a track record of driving team performance and achieving business objectives, is highly advantageous.
