Role & Responsibilities:
- Streamlining and Implementation of Various Processes:
- Coordinate the contracting process for contracts like Security, Soft Services, Landscaping, Pest Control and any other contract deemed necessary for the management of the properties
- Retailer co-ordination & support
- Identify suitable vendors for providing various services and coordinate their evaluation and empanelment
- Effective implementation of mall guidelines
- Help desk management with Service level agreements (SLA's)
- POS Implementation
- Revenue collections (CAM, Rentals & all utility billing)
- Footfall analysis
- Implementation of event & BTL activities in joint coordination with respective teams
- Parking & Housekeeping operations management
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities as per defined processes for monitoring of operations.
- Functioning of mall concierge with joint coordination of marketing team
- Various initiatives to enhance the ambiance , look and feel & aesthetics of the mall
- Suggest changes to model property and facility management manual
- Train & develop the staff of the outsourced partners
