This role is responsible for Marketing & Customer Services function of Gurgaon Ops to drive & achieve city targets. The incumbent will be reporting to City Head with a matrix reporting to the Functional Head - Marketing & CS for strategic innovations and implementations.
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties:
- Assess IT client requirements, initiate & maintain client interaction, provide inputs on pricing, participate in reviews, proposals, seek approvals to meet target sales objectives.
- Identify prospective IT clients & companies, conduct direct marketing, create sales channels, provide product information to maximize product awareness & maintain database of future prospects.
- Collect competitor information & background, collate industry & statutory information, to provide timely inputs to develop marketing strategies.
- Maintain communication channels with the clients (existing/prospective) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction & generate additional business.
- To build and maintain rapport with agents / building associates / clients / government bodies to generate leads and referrals.
- Create & manage channels of internal communication, identify areas of development, give recommendations to ensure motivated & cohesive team.
- Implement quality procedures, identify areas of improvements & introduce modifications, create awareness to improve existing processes, attain & maintain quality standards
- Manage & monitor the leasing & customer centric activities.
- Identify industries / new business streams to expand business.
- Establish strong network with IT clients directly and also through IPCs to ensure better marketability of our products.
- Strategize and establish customer service initiatives to enhance customer delight index.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to lease the IT/commercial buildings.
Pre-requisites :
- PG / MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute with 10-12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate leasing, ideally with an International Property Consultant
- Exposure mainly in commercial space, advanced negotiation & finalization.
- Good communication, presentation & networking skills
- Must be a team player, self driven & motivator.
- Exposed to all aspects of leasing & customer engagement initiatives.
