Senior Manager/Vice President - Delivery Excellence - BPO

The Role:

The person will be support the lifecycle of large client projects and work hand in hand in a three in the box model. This role will look for new ways to optimize standards, identifying areas for client need in mortgage servicing, reporting analysis, and training evaluations. This role must be able to communicate at all levels of any organization while adjusting portfolio roadmaps, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team to build new / strengthen Mortgage Servicing offerings

- Participated in Deal solution/pursuits

- Led operations teams in Servicing ( single or multi-client environment )

- Provide an audit trail for key contractual requirements to include supporting documentation.

- Provide project management oversight for key contractual inputs and execution requirements to include KPI/SLA management.

- Ensure adjustments and action plans are documented in RACI format while ensuring course corrections are tracked.

- Provide strategic direction & leadership to the mortgage servicing team All aspects of mortgage servicing operations, including loan administration, customer service, collections, loss mitigation, and foreclosure management.

- Ensure all servicing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as investor and insurer guidelines.

- To ensure strategic and business-as-usual activities in relation to these portfolios are managed and delivered appropriately.

- The role is responsible for ensuring other departments' needs are included in the strategic plans for any Portfolio provider, specifically Deployment, Operations, Finance and Legal.

- The incumbent is responsible for constructively challenging leadership team and wider business to ensure participation in a positive working environment and focus on people, execution and customers.

- Creation of governance play books providing critical input to meet the business and Shareholder objectives.

Skills Required:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the US mortgage industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within mortgage servicing

- Complete understanding of Mortgage Servicing Technologies and accelerators

- Complete understanding of a deal lifecycle from pursuit to full execution.

- Deal Pursuit: Solution Inputs and ideation while providing subject matter expertise and knowledge.

- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, TQM, Agile

- Previous experience working with GSEs (Government-Sponsored Enterprises) and private investors.

- Knowledge of digital transformation and technology solutions in mortgage servicing.

- Experienced in ownership of business case and financial models.

- Extensive experience of motivating and managing multiple and varied stakeholders

- A proven track record in leadership, creating positive climates, articulating a vision, managing change and inspiring people.

- Strong knowledge of the Financial Services regulatory environment

- Effective stakeholder management

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Technical Graduate

- 10+ Years of Overall experience.
