We have an urgent opening for a position of Senior Manager-VAS channels & Platforms
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: A person should have experience of Telecom Industry
JD:
- Define the VAS Sales channel strategy for Aircel to ensure the right sales channel mix, channel controls and maximize channel ROI - channels would cover SMS, OBD, IBD, WAP, Digital etc.
- Monitor, track and report channel & channel vendor performance on defined parameters - technical uptime, conversions, and other identified parameters - to build efficiency at the channels at corporate and circles
- Drive a significant contribution of Pull channels by ensuring easy customer discovery of VAS products through customer programs, marketing campaigns and communication,
- New VAS service Platform evaluation and selection with a wider cross-functional team, monitoring and changing existing platforms to ensure best throughput and product for VAS Revenue
- Defining and ensuring a standard customer experience lifecycle that runs across all VAS products - covering but not restricted to lifecycle days, communication, messages, medium of content delivery.
Additional Advantage : Experience in VAS role at a channel VAS vendor/ Operator/Digital Agency
- Has a good eye for platforms, platforms, new technology solutions, digital industry & their use cases
- Is a self motivated person
- Experience in handling vendors
- Good interpersonal & project management skills
