Senior Manager - Developer Finance

Duties And Responsibilities :

- Customer due diligence, Credit appraisal and preparation of CAM for Developer Finance Business.

- Expert understanding and relationship in the market to detect early warning signals on developers.

- Manage the portfolio in discussion with Seniors and Sales Counterparts by selectively growing on identified good clients and reducing exposure on stressed clients.

- Instructing disbursements/repayments in line with project construction/sales progress.

- Monitoring project progress in coordination with technical team, external vendors, maintaining MIS, publishing reports periodically.

- Ensuring compliance with approved product policy/processes.

- Adherence to turn around times (TAT).

Required Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in underwriting construction finance business.

- Previous experience in underwriting developer cases will be an added advantage.

- Positive attitude and good team player.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of real estate industry and knows the micro market well.
