Role - Senior Manager I - Trust & Quality
Location - Bangalore
What you'll do:
- Benchmark and set consumer trust markers for online pharma business
- Classifying quality measures for customers and translate it to to supply chain requirements along with determining how to reach them
- Setting processes to enhance the resolution or safety of the trust markers
- Conduct regular audits across assets and processes to ensure reliability of processes
- Bring in industry best practices and certifications for better product and process reliability across all healthtech verticals
- Establish right return metrics and ensure processes to minimize returns
