Senior Manager - Treasury - Sell Down

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Portfolio identification and preparation basis credit filters

2. Facilitate/Anchor pool audit/due diligence

3. Negotiate with pool buyers/vendors

4. Liaison with various internal departments like operations, credit, legal, finance etc and external agencies like credit rating agencies, trustees, external auditors, buyers etc

5. Preparation and tracking of assigned pool performance

Pre-requisite :

1. Experience in carrying out direct assignment transactions (sell-down) with HFCs/NBFCs.

2. Well versed with excel

3. Sound understanding of regulatory guidelines w.r.t. transfer of loans exposure

4. Good at articulation and inter-department engagement
