Role: Individual Contributor i.e Team size of Zero

Job Description:

- Manage fresh limits creation, renewal of existing limits, borrowing Program for Long Term & Short term funding requirement of the company

- Developing relationships among investors or CPs/ NCDs in the Mutual Fund and Insurance segments

- Developing new Banking Relationships and diversification of the Lender Base: Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, PF and retirement funds, Foreign Portfolio investors, Retail Public, Corporates etc

- Preparation of proposals for bank facilities - fund based, nonfund based, working capital. Preparation of CMA, projections, discussion with lenders, timely resolution of lenders queries & monitoring periodic Interest reset

- Implement, negotiate & management of the ECB program, if any.

- Preparation and maintenance of Information Repository and timely servicing to the various stakeholders such as Lenders and Regulatory/ Statutory bodies on a continual basis.

Education Qualifications & Skill Sets:

- Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) having experience of managing at least Rs 5,000 Crores treasury size in NBFC industry OR experience in Debt Capital Market desk of Banks/ Arrangers/ Brokers

- 3-5 Years of experience in managing the relationship with Mutual Funds/ Insurance/ Bankers.

- Good understanding Financial and ratio analysis and understanding of NBFC industry (for credit discussion with investors)

- Good understanding of market products and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Personal Qualities:

- Good communication skills, Negotiation skills, and persuasion skills

- Go-getter and ambitious

- Should be ready for hard work, travel, visiting clients
