Role Overview

Senior Manager - Treasury will be responsible for overall Revenue Management covering order to collection; Receivables management and controlling; Cash flow forecasting; Working capital management; funds raising and investments; dealing with banks and other financials institutions; Foreign Exchange management of all entities of the Group, including its overseas subsidiaries.

The Group is in the process of implementing an ERP system. Senior Manager - Treasury will play an active part in the project, specifically on key areas such as data migration, change management, user acceptance testing, go live, and hyper care of Revenue Management and Cash module. On an on-going basis, s/he will be responsible for ensuring that the systems capabilities are effectively leveraged to meet the Groups growing needs.

As a Senior Manager - Treasury, you will be a member of the Groups Leadership Team, contributing to setting the overall direction of the business and its day-to-day management.

Responsibilities:

Operational :

- Revenue Budgetary control including maintenance of Revenue budgets; Work order creations; invoicing and reporting on variances with commentaries.

- Transactional accounting including Accounts Receivables and banking

- Receivables collections and follow up with clients.

- Coordination with Practice leaders for billing

- Client account reconciliations

- Cash forecasting

- Working capital monitoring

- Funds raising and investments.

- Bank relationship

- Foreign Exchange risk management

- Year close, including statutory audit for Revenue and Cash functions

- Internal controls including development and implementation of policies on Revenue Management and Cash functions

- Exception handling including stakeholder complaints.

Functional :

- Team management including resource planning, hiring, training, rotation, work allocation

- Continuous development and alignment and customization of process for growth

- Performance management of the team, including goal setting and performance reviews

- Developing departmental budget and implementing budgetary controls

- Refining departmental policies and procedures for organization growth and functional effectiveness

- Continual improvement within the function

Organizational :

- Cross functional collaboration, including for change management, issue resolution, exception handling.

- Role specific skillsets

Education:

- CA/CA Inter/ MBA/ M.Com with 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience of working under ERP environment.

- Vital

- Knowledge and application of accounting standards

- Cost center accounting and reporting

- Revenue management; Receivables collections and Cash management -

- Recent exposure to ERP environment, on Microsoft ERP platforms.

- Managed a team of at least six people.

- Reporting experience to top management for a listed company / large professional services organization, for at least 7 years

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Essential :

- Liaising with external stakeholders including auditors, , customers, bankers, statutory authorities

- Design and implement accounting processes.

- Spoken and written English skills

Desirable :

- Accounting and compliances of overseas subsidiaries

- Location could be either Pune or Mumbai depending on the candidate's preference
