Senior Manager - Treasury - BFSI

- Liaisoning with banks for new proposals of Direct assignment & Securitization

- Handling payouts towards Securitization transactions

- Dealing with rating agencies for new securitization transactions and managing rating queries

- Compliances of Securitization transactions

- Dealing with all the stakeholders involved in the transaction ie Trustee, Legal Counsel, Banks/

- Investor for end to end completion of transaction

- Managing pool audit of the banks before the transaction

- Pool transaction compliances

- Identification & liasioning with the operations for new pool and working on the eligible pool for new transaction
