Senior Manager - Treasury - Banking

Experience - 4+ Years.

Job location - Pune.

Annual offered salary - 18Lacs.

IF CA/CMA Final Cleared in 3 attempts (Mandatory).

Responsibilities.

- Delivery of end to end accounting services for treasury processes within the timelines prescribed.

- Ensure compliance to accounting standards and internal control framework for the above processes.

- Drive efficiency in the processes through process re-engineering / digital interventions.

- Good analytical and communication skills.

- Preparation of various MIS and reports for management review.

Qualifications - CA / CMA preferred.

- MBA / MCOM Mandatory.

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various treasury processes. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control frameworks.

- Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Manage end-to-end accounting processes for treasury functions. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

- Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and internal control frameworks. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement process automation and digitalization initiatives.

- Reporting: Prepare various financial reports and analyses for management review.

- Provide insightful financial information to support decision-making. Required

- Qualifications: CA or CMA (mandatory, cleared in 3 attempts) MBA or MCom (mandatory) 4+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
