Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing banking arrangements with particular emphasis on both fund based and non-fund based working capital limits
- Handling of documentation related to loans, Commercial Paper and other short term debt instruments
- Handling Treasury activities (booking forward contracts, managing loans, FIRC- s, Bank Reconciliation Statements) Handling Treasury operations (specific reference to foreign exchange transactions and forward contracts)
- Assisting in investment of surplus funds, analyzing investment avenue & tracking of profitability of mutual fund investments on a daily basis
- Streamlining current systems to make cash reporting easier & more efficient
- Monitoring daily cash balances and receipts
- Monitoring and reporting upon working capital management across the group
- Reporting daily treasury information and development of broader treasury reporting
- Establishing cash flow forecasting procedures
- Management of foreign exchange exposure for the group
- Management and administration of inter-company loans, term loans
- Providing information to Accounts department required for MIS purpose and other RBI/ Statutory audit purpose
- Working with the Head-Resource Mobilization on strategic funding requirements
The Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience in a corporate treasury
Although not a prerequisite it is likely that they will be a qualified accountant and/or corporate treasurer
- The role would suit someone that has a hands on approach, is self-motivated and effectual and is able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
