Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Deputy Manager Travel Accounts - MICE

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

CTC: 18 LPA

Requisite :

- Applicants with 8+ yrs of experience in Leisure Travel Accounts (Mandatory)

- PAN India accounting related to Files (MICE & Groups).

- Control on the day to day payout verification.

- Air & land vendor cost verification with cost sheet and billing.

- Statutory workings ( GST/TCS & TDS)

- Accounts Payable

- Preparing Invoice on weekly basis & sending invoice to agent by Email

- Handling Outward/Inward Remittance for International Tour Packages, Hotel bookings, Car Rental, Sightseeing

- Coordinate with the vendor, contracting, operation team for clearance of supplier's invoices & get the necessary approval.

- Strong & aggressive follow up for outstanding with client through email & calls

- Passing the booking wise payment entry in the system & knockoff the bookings.

- Supplier's Reconciliation

- Account reconciliation of Corporate Clients

- Preparing the Foreign Remittance

- Payments to Suppliers

- Accounts Receivable

- Closing all the files before the departure date.

- Sending weekly Debtor outstanding reports to the sales team and follow-up for the same.

- Checking the retail profitability & sending to the HOD for necessary approval.

- Preparing cenvat data and report send to tax team

- Preparation of Invoices.

- Commission received form vendor ( pass the commission entry preparing commission invoice )

- Preparing GST sales and purchase data And report Send to Tax team on monthly basis.

- Handling reconciliation of airlines GDS/LCC & Pay to Airline Deposit.

- Specially operate MICE & GIT group account International or Domestic
