Job Title : Sr. Manager - Transition

Location : Pune

Reporting to : Vice President

Job Responsibilities :

To conduct feasibility study of transitioning of a project or a program to offshore, defining engagement process for the transition & preparing / framing an onsite offshore model. Will involve engaging in Pre-sales Transition estimation,solutioning, Due Diligences to actual Transition implementations.

Team Operations :

- Holds team accountable for delivering that meets and exceeds client requirements i.e. meeting all TAT as per SLA

- Creation of Standard Desktop Procedures, Process Maps and Flowcharts describing the methodology approach and total life cycle of the process.

- Creating different kinds of reports related to Metrics/Measurement, Daily activities, Dash Board Calls,Feedbacks etc.

Client Servicing :

- Risk Management to ensure optimum service delivery.

- Managing relationship with project stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables

- Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs.

- Enable seamless transformation of services and operations from the client.

- Stabilizing the processes Transitioned/Migrated

Candidate Profile :

- BE / Graduation with MBA from premium School is preferred

- Overall 12 plus years of experience with 8 plus years in transitions

- Good project management skills - initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & control, Project closing. 25% of the effort needed support and guidance driving and mentoring team.

- Prior Experience in onsite and offshore Transitions and Transition Methodologies from BPO/KPO/Shared Services Industry with Top Multinational companies

- Experience in requirement gathering, functional solution discussion and support, drive process, testing IT solution from business owners and end users perspective will be advantage.

- Must has very strong Management related activity like operations, stakeholders management, drive strategy,process, building team, manage training, performance management & resource management

- Must have completed Six Sigma Black Belt projects or Lean Value Stream Projects in their professional tenure.

- Must possess Very strong English communication skills, internal customer & stakeholder management & go get attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Must have handled transition in his current or previous organizations that included implementation & post implementation projects.

- Must have strong experience in managing stakeholders internal/external @ global environment business owners.

- Must have past experience working with different sites (multiple location across the globe) stakeholders coordinating and implementing project.

- Must have strong skills in the following - PowerPoint presentation, generate metrics for the project performance and forecast analysis, in general strong in analysis using history based data or monthly data for preparing management reports, metrics, plan strategy, set goals & Targets.

- Good to have domain knowledge in Manufacturing ( Not Essential).

- Need to be prepared and flexible to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones.

- Should hold a valid passport, preferably with US/UK Visa
