Job Description:

- To provide governance, strategic and analytical support to CDO and Sales Leadership

- Conceptualize, manage and implement complex transformational programs across distribution channels.

- Manage resources, finances, timelines and risks through diligent maintenance of governance artefacts and ensure on-time delivery of all projects

- Provide high quality solutioning to key issues and projects through rigorous data driven hypotheses testing and conducting primary and secondary research

- Identify improvement areas within sales channels, products and processes

- Provide implementation support for in flight initiatives by designing and tracking measures of success

- Strategy/Consulting experience must
