We have been mandated by a large Global conglomerate into Metal and Mining business for the position of Sr. Manager, Transformation - Central Functions.

Qualification :CA or Engineer + MBA
Experience : 4-6 years
Purpose of the Role:
Overall IC performance management and coordination across ICs for cross-functional projects. The possible coverage areas are procurement, S&OP, Synergies, finance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Facilitating Project Identification in various units
- Planning and executing of brainstorming sessions, collation of ideas and allocate idea owners with the help of Project Mentors and Impact Centers Champions.
2.Tracking and review of projects
- Facilitate in the tracking of projects as per implementation plan and tracking accruals of D4 ideas.
- Ensure program framework - pipeline, accruals, reporting, etc. are timely executed.
- Communicate key indicators to enable roll-up of company's wide performance.
- Provide line of sight, exception-based transparency to senior executives on the progress of the program of change.
- Escalate critical program issues timely.
- Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are closed.
- Manage and monitor issues, program risk and interdependencies.
3.Implementation of theme-based workshops and engagement across the value chain
- Based on the aspirational target set by the organization, facilitate planning and execution of theme based actionable activities and generate ideas and develop the roadmap for implementation along with Project Mentors and Ideas owners.
4.Bucketing and Evaluation of ideas
- After collation of ideas, bucket the ideas as per idea generation themes and degree of hardness (Do to D4), facilitating idea evaluation with respective Business Analysts Group and facilitate and vetting of business case development by respective idea owners.
6.Communication and Engagement
- Working jointly with Corporate Communications in creating awareness of the Operational excellence program and assisting themes of engagement Moderating online App Tuned by Be1 on ideas generations and evaluations.
7.Capability Building
- Assisting the HODs in formalizing the capability building under Operational Excellence Program for their respective ICS.
8.Progress Update to Sr. Management
- Preparing MIS on a weekly basis for updating the management on the progress being made under the program.
