Job Designation: Sr. Manager Transfer Pricing

Qualification: CA

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation/ Review of Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) submissions

- Assistance for filings with the APA/ Competent Authorities

- Preparation of Firm position on different technical topics and issues relating to APA and Competent Authority process

- Assistance in Functional interviews and site visits

- Assistance in negotiations with APA Authorities and support for Competent Authority negotiation process

- Networking with multiple teams for APA and Competent Authority projects

- Liaison with client service teams and with tax authorities for APA and MAP

- Preparation and review of policy making related representations to Government Authorities

- New Client targeting including networking with global offices and preparation of marketing materials

- Transfer Pricing compliance experience- Preparation of India and global TP Reports and benchmarking searches

- Transfer Pricing Litigation experience- Representation before appellate authorities including Tax Tribunals

- Transfer Pricing Advisory experience e.g. on supply chain management project

- Working knowledge on international taxation like permanent establishment, attribution of profits

- Sound knowledge on OECD TP guidance and other international guidance

Skills/Expertise:

- Good people management skills (will have additional weightage) & Communication, Drafting skills

- Soft skills- presentations - power point and excel

- 7 to 10 year experience in Transfer Pricing (Also any Business/ international taxation experience will add to good profile)
