Senior Manager - Transactions - CA/CFA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Transactions to lead and oversee our transaction-related activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle, financial analysis, and risk management.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to drive successful transaction execution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement transaction strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead and manage transaction teams, including deal sourcing, structuring, due diligence, valuation, and closing.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess transaction viability and potential returns.

- Identify and mitigate transaction risks through robust due diligence and risk assessment processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and integration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investment banks, legal counsel, and tax advisors.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the transaction space.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction management, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and/or capital raising.

- Proven track record of successful transaction execution and delivery of financial results.

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
