Position : Training head

Designation : Sr. Manager Training

Location : Ranchi, jharkhand

Experience : 12- 15 yrs

Qualification : MBA

Salary : Maximum 20% hike n your current CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage the training within the state budget

Ensuring execution of training & assessment as per monthly training calendar, in coordination with the state / city business team.

Administer and evaluate training MIS. Release Monthly MIS to the state HR head

Execution of Train the Trainers (TTT) for Trainers as per requirement

Conduct refresher training for Trainers, share performance feedback with Trainers and map improvement areas

Experience of training channel partners ( desirable, not mandatory )

What are the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled-

(Indicate which criteria are mandatory)

Coordinate with Jio training partners and educational institutes in the state for execution of e-learning module

Manage the training Labs

Orientation, Induction and certification for all new joiner

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)

Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and electronic learning systems.

Experience of training channel partners ( desirable, not mandatory )

Good sales training experience

Ability to plan and deploy training across state. Strong eye for Detail

High level of interpersonal skills

Coaching and leadership skills - should be able to conduct these workshops

Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization

Good MS Office Skills

Ability to accept and execute against odds / challenges
