- Responsible for overseeing the smooth administration of all training and development programs enabling delivery of training content across business verticals.
- Create robust support mechanism for delivery of training programs including Learning Management System (LMS), training scheduling, logistics and event management
- Define annual infrastructure requirement, costs and procurement plan including IT, communication systems and facilities
- Manage infrastructure setup and maintenance
- Promote the use of available/new technologies for facilitation of training and improving user adoption
- Periodically assess external partner viability and terms of engagement
- Identify additional external partnership opportunities
- Liaise with heads of Academies and Jio University for integrated functioning and process streamlining
- Reporting and overall performance tracking
- Maintain consolidated learning curriculum across academies
- Program manage all learning and development programs for on time effective delivery
- Identify, select and customize the appropriate delivery channels to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
- Mobilize faculty to deliver training from empanelled faculty list for various programs.
