Senior Manager
Responsibilities -
- Lead a team of 10 people, mentor staff and oversee their day-to-day functions
- To ensure consistent delivery on Business metrics along with other new responsibilities and setting higher standards of self and Team performance
- Lead the migration of new routines/activities
- Play an active role in the implementation of tech releases lined up for next year
- Support to strategic initiatives, implementation of tactical process improvements, ongoing review of the team's core functions
- Work with various business partners such as Front Office, Supervision Groups, Risk and Compliance, Product Controllers, and Trade Support and act as a focal point for Reg W related queries and provide Reg W specific operational guidance if required
- Facilitate the annual corporate audit
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Reg W QA function. Review existing workflows, whilst defining and implementing the long-term operating model
- Process improvements. Drive the execution of new and existing projects. Identify new opportunities, plan, proceed and deliver
Requirements :
- Education- PG / Graduate degree in finance from any university with minimum 60%
Relevant Certifications (If Any) :
Experience Range :
Overall experience of 9-11 years with at least 4-6 years - experience within Middle Office environment (preferably in Trade Support or derivative confirmation Function)
