Senior Manager - Trade Processing - Fixed Income/Equity - Investment Banking

One of our leading Investment Banking clients in Gurgaon is looking for Manager / Sr. Manager roles who have strong work experience in Trade processing with Securities products.

Designation: Sr. Manager (Sup)

Experience : 10 - 12 Years

Skillset : Trade processing and working experience in Fixed income, cash equity, or equity products.

Shift : Flexible to work in Night shifts

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class. Experience / working knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products in capital markets is required

- Proven track to Execute and Deliver

- Risk and internal controls experience

- Manage teams across time zones and regions - APAC / EMEA / AMRS

- Ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure.

- Ability to manage large teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and nurture credibility-based relationships with stakeholders and partners across all levels and functional areas

- Escalation of critical risks & non-compliance with policies, standards, and limits

- Assessment of high risk processes, issues and emerging risks

- Strong analytic, logical reasoning, and problem solving, risk vs. reward skills

- Ability to work well on a team

Mandatory skills:

- Successful track record in the capital markets industry, a specialist financial services consultancy

- Good appreciation of current market trends in Capital Markets

- Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated project objectives and meet tight deadlines

- Process Improvement - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modeling, Process Metrics

- Business Requirements Definition - Functional Requirements Definition, Use Case Definition, Business Analysis
